This quick and easy Creamy Horseradish Sauce Recipe is the perfect condiment to compliment prime rib, steak or roast beef!  From I wash you dry

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
• 2 tbsp mayo
• 1 tsp dijon mustard
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp parsley or chives, freshly chopped
